in China.

Yi joined Richter’s audit team in 2007 where she developed her knowledge and interest in Canadian tax. She subsequently joined the tax division in 2011 and is now a Vice President.

A diligent leader, Yi manages teams of professionals, leading and participating in tax planning, and designing and executing business reorganizations and transactions. Her methods ensure thorough analysis of technical aspects and allows her to give professional insight to help her clients find the optimal solutions for their unique positions.
