Richter+Ratner
RICHTER+RATNER has over a century of experience building high-profile projects for discerning clients. We refer to ourselves simply as “Builders,” regardless of our project delivery method. The company is modeled after the ancient Greek arkhitekton, or master builder. With no separation of responsibilities, the architect and builder are one. This strength and unity produce fluency, efficiency, and results. We impart our values, knowledge, and expertise in every design and build process facet to complement the entire project team. This is not only our obligation — our commitment to our clients and the success of every project.
