Ibrahim Samman

Ibrahim Samman is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Richy Group since February 2020, Ibrahim has been instrumental in the company's expansion across Saudi Arabia, increasing its workforce from 68 to over 180 employees and growing from 3 to over 15 branches. Previous roles include a Talent Acquisition Specialist and an Organizational Development Specialist at Richy Group, as well as a Recruitment Specialist at STO and a Human Resources Specialist at Al-Bijadi Trading Group. Ibrahim also completed co-op training at the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF). Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University, earned between 2012 and 2017, Ibrahim possesses strong expertise in HR processes and competencies.
