Tenaya MacKie

Tenaya Mackie possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, having held various managerial and culinary roles across multiple establishments. Most recently, Tenaya served as both Food and Beverage Manager and Kitchen Manager at Gleniffer Lake Resort & Country Club from September 2023 to June 2024. Previous positions include Lead Line Cook at Rickys Group of Family-Style Restaurants from June 2021 to January 2024 and Banquet Chef at The Calgary Stampede from July 2016 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Payroll Specialist at Safeway Canada, Sous Chef at The Italian Farmhouse, and Head Chef at The Yardhouse Restaurant. Tenaya's culinary background is complemented by education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2018. The decision to leave certain roles, such as the position at Safeway Canada, was influenced by a desire to focus more on studies in hospitality.
