Allan Ure

Allan Ure is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in field service engineering and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer at RICO LOGISTICS since March 2012, Allan has also worked as an Engineer with VSL Support/Rico Logistics during the same period, specializing in Dell Certified Systems Expert services, NCR Self Checkouts, and OKI printers. Additionally, since February 2009, Allan has been a Techguy 3 at Dixons Retail, focusing on repairing flat panel TVs, alongside small business engineering tasks. Previous experience includes an engineering role at Alchemist Technologies, where installation of various IT equipment and cabling was the primary responsibility. Allan's educational background encompasses a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computer Networking from The Open University and a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics, Electronics, Computing, and Telecommunications.
