Mark Silman

Mark Silman has extensive experience in IT support and field services, currently serving as an IT Technical Courier at RICO LOGISTICS since July 2020. Previous roles include NHS 1st & 2nd Line Support at Daisy Group, where Mark contributed to the setup of new laptops and PCs for the Nightingale Hospital in Harrogate. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Field Services Engineer at Hemmersbach, IT Support Specialist at Xerox, and Mobile Device Deployment Engineer at Daisy Group. With a solid educational background in Electronic Engineering and various IT training, Mark possesses a diverse skill set including remote management, technical support, and equipment repair across multiple platforms.
