Larry Survance has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and machining industry. Currently serving as a CNC Master Programmer and Process Improvement Lead at RICO Manufacturing, Inc. since October 2002, Larry has also held positions as Machine Shop Supervisor and Machinist/Programmer/Leadman. Prior experience includes working as a Machine Programmer at Quickturn Inc. and as a Machinist at K&M Tool & Machine. Larry began their career at RPB INC. as a Machine Setup/Operator. Larry's educational background includes training in Mastercam, completion of the Mazak Programming School in Cincinnati, Ohio, and studies at the Medina County Career Center.
