Shelby Monschein

Shelby Monschein has extensive experience in customer service and accounting roles, currently serving as an Accounting Assistant and previously as an Aftermarket/Product Support Representative at RICO Manufacturing, Inc. since August 2018. Prior to this, Shelby worked at North Coast Bearings Inc. from May 2011 to August 2018 as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included processing customer orders and resolving complaints, as well as serving as a Warehouse Worker, categorizing automobile parts and conducting inventories. Shelby's career began at Cascade Management as a Cashier from May 2009 to April 2010, focusing on customer interaction and cash management. Education was pursued at Ferris State University from 2010 to 2012.
