Alessio Ristuccia

Alessio Ristuccia serves as the Head of Organizational Change Management at Ricoh Europe since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading a comprehensive business transformation program across EMEA and developing a strategy for talent management. Earlier experiences include business development consultancy at Strategic Analysis Inc. and EMEA Team Leader at Symantec. Alessio's educational background includes an MA in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University and a Diploma in Diplomatic Negotiations from SIOI - UN Association of Italy.
