Andrea Gombac

Andrea Gombac is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in service delivery and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Services Officer at Ricoh Europe since October 2020, Andrea leads the integration of services across 25 countries in the EMEA region and spearheads the transformation to support Ricoh's Digital Services portfolio. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Service and Annuity at Ricoh Europe, Vice President at Ricoh Italia, and various leadership positions at Fastweb S.p.A. and Nortel Networks. Andrea's early career includes a role as Senior Research Engineer at Telecom Italia Lab. Andrea holds an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
