Gemus Marais

Gemus Marais has extensive experience in technical consulting and field service within the office equipment industry, currently serving as a Technical Academy EMEA consultant at Ricoh Europe since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gemus worked at Ricoh South Africa from March 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included post sales consulting and servicing, maintaining, and installing multifunction machines in Johannesburg. Additionally, involvement in the installation of DSV locker systems across South Africa contributed to the skill set. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Field Services Technician at Ricoh from July 2012 to March 2016, focusing on repair of office equipment, and as a Field Service Technician at Selco Business Systems from March 2010 to July 2012. Gemus Marais holds a National Senior Certificate obtained from Reynopark High School between 2006 and 2009.
