Iván Espinoza Dragicevic

Iván Espinoza Dragicevic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pricing analysis and management. Currently serving as a Global Pricing Analyst at Ricoh Europe since December 2022, Iván previously worked as an Assistant Manager at SOHO Coffee Co., leading a team to enhance customer service and ensuring effective stock control. Prior to that, Iván held the position of Senior Pricing Analyst at Finning South America, where a discount policy was developed to enhance customer loyalty, alongside conducting elasticity analysis for pricing strategies. Iván's career also includes a role as a Deputy Store Manager at Walmart Chile, managing operations with a focus on profitability, and internships in engineering and account executive roles at CIAL Alimentos S.A. and Banco de Chile, respectively. Iván holds an engineering degree from Universidad Diego Portales, obtained in 2015.
