Jessika Jeschor

Jessika Jeschor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and management. Currently serving as the Head of Ricoh Business Services and General Manager at Ricoh Europe since August 2019, Jessika has also held pivotal roles at RICOH Deutschland GmbH, including Head of Shared Services and Chief Manager Collections. Previous experience includes a tenure at FedEx, where Jessika was the Director of Customer Financial Services, leading initiatives in customer financial services, order to cash processes, and credit management. Additional roles include managerial positions in revenue operations and customer relationship management, alongside earlier experience in the hospitality industry with Sheraton Hotel & Resorts and London Hilton on Park Lane. Jessika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from FH Fritz Gabler in Heidelberg, a Bachelor’s degree in European Hotel Management from Maastricht Hotel Management School, and is a Certified IFRS Accountant.
