Sian Jones

Sian Jones is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR management across diverse industries, including significant roles at Ricoh Europe and Coca-Cola. As Human Resources Director at Ricoh Europe since April 2018, Sian has led various HR initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at Coca-Cola European Partners, focusing on change management and employee engagement across Europe, and taking the lead on major projects such as the design and relocation of a head office at Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. Sian's tenure at Coca-Cola also includes roles from HR Director in Europe to handling corporate functions in Africa, where responsibilities encompassed HR development, organizational design, and expatriate management. Sian began the HR career at DHL Europe, where foundational HR programs were established. Sian holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Surrey Management School and a BSc Hons in Human Biology from the University of Surrey.
