Currently serving as the Commercial & Industrial Print Service Manager at Ricoh UK since February 2005, Andrew has held various managerial roles including Service Delivery Manager for Production Print and Field Service Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at IKON Office Solutions from July 1996 to February 2005, where positions included Senior Engineer and Field Service Engineer.
