She is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the people strategy in various areas such as talent acquisition, HR business partnering, talent management, wellbeing, reward & benefits, and diversity & inclusion. Lena has also held positions such as Head of HR Strategic, Head of HR, Strategic HR Manager, and HR Advisor at both Ricoh UK and Sainsbury's. Lena has extensive experience in implementing HR strategies, business transformation, and culture change programs to support the Company's objectives and enhance employee engagement.
