Steve Smart

Steve Smart is an accomplished Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in client engagement and service delivery in the UK and EMEA regions. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Ricoh UK since August 2013, Steve oversees a team of high-performing Service Delivery Managers and is responsible for the delivery of Managed Document Services. Previous roles include Problem/CSI Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Ricoh, as well as Business Process Lead at Xerox (UK) Ltd during a major SAP implementation project. Steve's earlier experience at Xerox Global Document Outsourcing involved managing multiple commercial contracts and a large Managed Print Service with an annual P&L of approximately £7 million, while also leading a team of over 30 staff. Education includes completion of studies at Havering Technical College from 1980 to 1984.
