Cynthia Whipple

Cynthia Whipple is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in IT infrastructure management and system analysis. Currently serving as Infrastructure Manager and Sr. Technology Analyst at Ricoh Americas Corporation since January 2010, Cynthia oversees the IT infrastructure strategy for the National portal, focusing on enterprise application management and technical policy. Previously, Cynthia worked at IKON Office Solutions from 1997 to January 2010, advancing from System Analyst to Solution Consultant, where responsibilities included pre-sales activities and customer training for Electronic Document Management. Earlier military service in the United States Marine Corps involved roles as an Avionics Network Administrator and recruiter. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and has earned an ECM Master certificate.
