Eric Porter

Eric Porter is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in technology and operational management. Currently serving as Vice President of Centralized Services at Ricoh USA, Inc., Eric has spearheaded initiatives such as a global AI program and a robotic process automation project that streamlined asset management across a vast array of devices. Previously, Eric held various management roles at Iron Mountain, including Director of Information Technology, where responsibilities encompassed continuous service improvement and managing large teams in IT Service Delivery. With educational credentials that include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University, a Computer Programming Certificate from Chubb Institute, and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Purdue University, Eric demonstrates a strong foundation in both technical and managerial expertise.
