Jim Bowser

Jim Bowser is an experienced professional in the information technology and business process optimization sectors, currently serving as Strategic Account Director at Ricoh USA, Inc. since December 2009. Bowser has held various roles within the company, including Client Executive, Digital Services Specialist, Technical Account Engineer, Advanced Workflow Specialist, and Solutions Consultant, focusing on streamlining business processes and enhancing information security around paper-based workflows.
