Prior to this, John held senior management positions focused on inventory processes and procurement analytics. John's early career includes significant roles at Hatfield Quality Meats, Ball Park Hygrades, and Medford Foods, where responsibilities ranged from production supervision to cost analysis, overseeing union workforces to meet production standards while ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. John's education includes studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1990.
