Since February 2008, Judy has held multiple positions at Ricoh USA, Inc., including Manager of Solutions Engineers and Healthcare Services Sales Manager, showcasing leadership and expertise in solution development and sales management. Prior to Ricoh, Judy served as Solutions Analyst Manager at IKON Office Solutions, and held various roles at Sun Microsystems, Compuware, and Data General, where responsibilities included strategic sales development and business consultancy in healthcare. Judy's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology/Marketing from Wayne State University, an MSA in Business from Central Michigan University, and a BA in Business Management from Concordia University Ann Arbor.
