Phyllis Hopkins

Phyllis Hopkins has over 25 years of experience in IT management and telecommunications. Currently serving as Manager of IT Expense Management & Wireless Support Services at Ricoh USA, Inc. since June 1999, Phyllis oversees the Wireless infrastructure team and is responsible for monitoring rate plans and executing changes to manage corporate costs effectively. Prior to this role, Phyllis worked as a Telecom Analyst at Praxair, Inc. from 1996 to 1999 and served in the United States Air Force as TSgt Systems Control Craftsman from August 1988 to October 1997. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Medaille University and two Associate of Science degrees in Electrical Technologies from the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Maryland Global Campus. Phyllis also holds a NYS Regents Diploma from Pioneer High School.
