Ron Brown

Ron Brown has extensive experience in managed services and facilities coordination, having served as the primary onsite account contact for Infosys LTD America at Ricoh USA, Inc. from July 2007 to December 2017. Prior roles at IKON Office Solutions from October 1994 to July 2007 included Service Delivery Manager and Field Service Manager, where management of a team of ten field technicians took place. Earlier in the career, Brown was the Regional Service Manager at AMERICAN OFFICE EQUIPMENT, overseeing a regional team of field technicians for multiple branches in Indiana. Educational qualifications include certificates in Electronic Office Machine from both Indiana University Indianapolis and ITT Career Training Center.
