Shaunte' R. Douthitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development, project management, and store operations. Currently serving as a Manager in Product Development & Project Management at Ricoh Americas Corporation since October 2013, Shaunte' has a strong background in managing software development lifecycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, a tenure at Lexmark as Manager of Research and Product Development involved acting as a Business Consultant/Scrum Master liaison, overseeing project execution, and managing business requirements and budgetary allocations.
