Carol Buess

Carol Buess is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CFO at Ricola since February 2023. Prior to this role, Carol accumulated extensive experience in human resources and administration, having worked at Endress+Hauser Gruppe as Assistant to the CHRO and Bereichleitungsassistentin HR from August 2014 to January 2023. Carol's career also includes positions at Gruner, Gesundheitsdepartement Basel-Stadt, Gewerbeverband Basel-Stadt, and Würth Group, spanning from 2002 to 2014.
