Emma Blaney

Emma Blaney is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at RICS since February 2025, Emma previously held the position of Global HR and CSR Director at Euromonitor International from February 2017 to January 2025, where responsibilities included leading talent management, DEI initiatives, and ensuring effective use of the CSR budget. Emma's career includes significant roles at Reveal Media Ltd. and Informa, where achievements encompassed restructuring business units, managing TUPE consultations, and developing HR strategies for large organizations. Emma holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and an MCIPD qualification, complemented by further studies at Harvard Business School.
