Rebecca Hone

Rebecca Hone serves as the Chief People Officer at RICS since December 2024, focusing on enhancing member experience and driving the organization towards world-class status through the Future Foundations strategy. Prior to RICS, Rebecca was the Chief People Officer at Accuro from July 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included creating and executing a multi-year people strategy and leading the implementation of an HRIS system. Rebecca's experience at Bupa spans multiple roles, including People Transformation Director for Bupa UK Insurance, where a five-year HR strategy was developed, and HR Lead for Bupa Global, overseeing the Brexit strategy and the establishment of a new European underwriter. Rebecca began the journey at Bupa as an Independent HR Consultant, focusing on organizational changes driven by regulatory requirements. Rebecca holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Oxford.
