Gareth Riddell

Gareth Riddell is an experienced property development professional with a robust background in asset management and investment. Since January 2013, Gareth has served as Managing Director at Panacea Property Development, overseeing the development of large-scale residential, PRS, student, and commercial accommodations, with 1000 units currently in build. In addition, Gareth has been the owner of Riddelltps Ltd since September 1996, focusing on large-scale asset management, investment, and development. Previously, Gareth held the position of Managing Director at Fletcher King Manchester from March 1993 to September 1996, where responsibilities included asset management and development. Gareth obtained a property degree from Sheffield Hallam University and completed secondary education at Lymm High.
