Ali Roberts is an experienced professional currently serving as a Spin Instructor and Marketing Coordinator at RIDE Indoor Cycling since March 2016, fostering community and wellness in an inclusive environment. RIDE Indoor Cycling is a boutique fitness studio that features intense, full body workouts for all fitness levels. An expert team of instructors motivates, inspires and challenges guests to break fitness barriers during the 45-minute, high-intensity sessions. The RIDE studios are outfitted with Stages bikes, state-of-the-art sound systems, energizing and colorful LED lights, lockers, showers, towel service, and shoe rentals.
