Alex Parks is a dedicated professional with experience in customer advocacy and logistical coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate at Ride with GPS since February 2023, Alex previously worked as a Courier with Confluence Courier Collective from November 2020 to February 2023, focusing on local delivery logistics. Alex has also held roles as a Barista at both Pablo's Coffee and Queen City Collective Coffee between August 2018 and April 2022, as well as interning at Denver Food Rescue as a Geographic Information System Intern in 2019. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Sustainability from Metropolitan State University of Denver, with prior education at San Francisco State University.
