Rodolpho Dias has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they began working as a Store Manager for Ride1UP. From 2018 to present, they have been working as a Bicycle Assembler, Mechanic and Sales Associate for Pacific Beach Bike Shop. Rodolpho also worked as an Ambassador Mechanic for Lyft Scooters and a Mechanic for Bird Rides Inc. from 2018. From 2013 to 2011, they were a Composite Technician/Carbon Fiber Parts Builder for Moana Waterman, a Surfboard Builder and Artist (Owner) for R20 Surfboards and Cali Surf Art, and an International Hostel Owner and Manager for California Dreams Backpackers Hostel. From 2011 to 2008, they worked as a Wet Glass Epoxy Vacuum Fusion Surfboard Glasser/Laminator for EVF Surfboards and a Surfboard/Flow Builder for Water Project Surfboards/Wave House Flowboards. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Surfboard Glasser/Laminator/CNC Operator for Sharp Eye Surfboards.

Rodolpho Dias obtained an Associates in Tourism Business from the University Anhembi Morumbi in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
