Norbert Sygdziak

The Co-Founder of RideAlong, Norbert is the driving force behind several innovative startups, with a focus on utilizing digital and communications technology to improve existing processes and making a positive material impact on the lives of his clients.

Before moving into entrepreneurship and the start-up world, Norbert spent nearly two decades working for some of the most prominent litigation firms in the nation, as an important member of the teams prosecuting corporate misconduct by Fortune 500 and other companies. This included work on a number of the most significant, complex securities frauds in history responsible for recovering billions of dollars on behalf of the investor community.

Throughout his career, he has been on the frontlines of numerous technology innovations, combining his knowledge of new technologies and his passion for helping others to achieve a reshaping of business models and the ethos of corporate America.

A graduate of Marist College with a degree in Business Marketing, Norbert also played shooting guard for the men’s Division 1 basketball team.
