Ken Norman Ramadhanto

Ken Norman Ramadhanto started their work experience in 2018 as a Music Writer for Koncos Club, where they worked until July 2020. In 2020, they joined Shopee as a Call Agent, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues until January 2021. Ken then transitioned to a Payment Analyst role at Shopee, managing customer issues related to finance products until November 2021. Following that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at PT Commerce Finance, where they handled customer inquiries and resolved more than 150 finance-related issues. Presently, Ken is working as an Operations Specialist at Beam Mobility starting from January 2023.

Ken Norman Ramadhanto completed their Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Studi Hukum Internasional at Universitas Pakuan. Ken was enrolled in this program from 2015 to 2019.
