Marina Ma has a diverse work experience. Marina began their career in 2009 as a Computer Lab Aide at City College of San Francisco. In 2012, they took on a role as a Reader/Grader at UC Santa Cruz and a Quality Assurance Consultant at Kaidoora, Inc. In the same year, they joined Akamai Technologies as a Software Engineer in Test. In 2018, they moved to Western Digital as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, and in 2019 they joined Ridecell as a Site Reliability Engineer. While at Akamai Technologies, their roles included Senior Software Engineer in Test and Interim Lead/Manager for 12 weeks.
Marina Ma attended City College of San Francisco from 2008 to 2010, studying Computer Science. Marina then went on to the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science in 2012.
