Sachin Kurade

Sachin Kurade has over 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sachin started their career in 2005 as a Recruiter for HR Consulting. In 2006, Sachin joined Wipro Technologies as a Resource Executive. In 2007, they began working at PTC-Parametric Technology Corporation as an HR Associate, then as an HR Specialist, and eventually as an Assistant Manager - HR. In 2014, Sachin joined Qualys as a Regional Human Resources Manager for India. In 2016, they began working at Loylogic as a Human Resources Manager. In 2017, Sachin founded Kiaan Technologies, where they help IT start-ups and mid-sized companies in Pune build their senior technology teams and also support functions like HR, Finance, and Operations. Finally, in 2019, Sachin joined Ridecell as a People Operations Manager and a Senior People Manager.

Sachin Kurade earned an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from Shivaji University between 2003 and 2005.
