Babar Tahirkheli

Babar Tahirkheli has extensive experience in proposal management and technical/proposal writing. Babar currently serves as a Proposal Manager at RideCo. On-Demand Transit, where they are responsible for managing the proposal submission process and enhancing internal submission procedures. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical/Proposal Writer at ISL Engineering, where they researched, coordinated, and wrote content for proposals and technical documentation. Babar Tahirkheli began their education at NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Honors degree in Economics from 1990 to 1995. Babar later attended Conestoga College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism, specializing in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. In 2013, Babar attended the Grant Training Center in VA and obtained a Certificate in Proposals and Grants Writing through a workshop. In 2017 and 2018, they attended various workshops and bootcamps, including the CSMPS workshop in Vancouver where they learned about How to Win Bids, and the Visible Ink workshop in Edmonton focused on Writing @ Work, specifically Proposal Writing. In 2020, Babar enrolled in the ISL Leadership at All Levels program, although the specific field of study is not mentioned.
