Brad Johnston

Brad Johnston has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Brad is currently working as a Data Engineer at RideCo. On-Demand Transit since November 2021. Prior to this, Brad worked as a Data Engineer at Manulife from January 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they collaborated with a software vendor to enhance a DB upgrade utility and wrote PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.

Before joining Manulife, Brad worked at CDK Global for more than 8 years starting from February 2012 to January 2020. Brad served as a Database Administrator - Tactical Software Development, where they monitored and optimized database server performance, designed database tables and stored procedures, and optimized tSQL queries.

Earlier in their career, Brad worked at PTC as a Senior Technical Support Representative from April 2010 to April 2012. Brad provided product-related support to customers and reported bugs to the development team. Brad also served as a Technical Support Representative at PTC from February 2008 to March 2010.

Brad's career began at Fast Enterprises, where they worked as an Implementation Consultant (Technical Team) from August 2006 to January 2008.

Brad Johnston attended Queen's University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
