Ashleigh Ballas

Ashleigh Ballas is a Powersports Test Engineer at FOX Factory, where experience includes designing functional gauging with CREO and authoring operator instructions for CNC machines. Previous roles encompass a Powersports Test Engineering Intern and Quality Assurance Engineering Intern, along with experience as a CNC Machinist, managing CNC operations while adhering to quality and safety standards. Prior to FOX Factory, Ashleigh held multiple roles at Safeway, overseeing front-end activities and operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University and three Associate of Science degrees in Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics from Cabrillo College.
