Rob Stanford is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technology development and product innovation. Currently serving as Director of Software and Electronics and Principal Technologist at Fox Factory since June 2019, Rob has previously held senior leadership roles at KATERRA as Sr. Director of Advanced Building Assemblies, and at Flex as Director of Technology Development for Connected Audio Products. Rob's expertise encompasses mechanical engineering, particularly in the kitchen electrics sector at Newell Rubbermaid, where nine unique products were developed, and in mechanical design for emerging technologies at Motorola. Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which was earned from 1995 to 2000.
