Tom E. Duncan

Tom Duncan joined the Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) Board of Directors as a director in July 2017. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of the North American division of Positec Tool Corp., a global manufacturer and marketer of power tools and lawn and garden equipment and accessories, including the Rockwell and WORX brands. Prior to this he was a Vice President of Robert Bosch Tool Corp. from June 2001 to September 2003, and was a Vice President at Vermont American Corp. from September 1992 to June 2001 and until it was acquired by Robert Bosch Tool Corp. Mr. Duncan has been a director on the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute Board of Directors since October 2015 and a director on the Folks Center for International Business Board of Directors at University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business since September 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in rhetoric from the University of Virginia and a Master of International Business from University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business.
