Tom Letica

Tom Letica is an experienced engineering and quality management professional with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and product development. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at FOX Factory since June 2021, Tom has also held the position of Senior Engineering and Quality Manager at BÖLLHOFF Group since March 2006, where notable achievements include managing the transition to IATF16949:2016 certification and overseeing customer quality concerns. Earlier in their career, Tom was a Product Manager, successfully launching the PosiLocTM joining system, and worked as a New Business Development Engineer at TI Automotive, where responsibilities included securing new product business from major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
