Rachel V. Ivey has an extensive work experience beginning with their role as Design at Gap Inc./ Banana Republic in 1998. Rachel V. then moved to Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma Inc. in 2001 as Head Designer - Decorative Accessories and Tabletop. In 2007, they joined Williams Sonoma Home as Head Designer - Decorative Accessories and Tabletop. From 2009 to 2011, they were Creative Director - Home and Seasonal Hardlines at Wal-Mart. Rachel V. then moved to Crane & Co. in 2011, where they held the role of Vice President - Creative and Product Development. In 2014, they joined Michael Aram, Inc. as Director of Design, Product Development, Sourcing and Visual Merchandising. In 2016, they joined S'well as Creative Director and Vice President, Creative Director. In 2020, they joined Lola Says as Lola Says. Currently, they are VP, Brand and Creative at Jetson.

Rachel V. Ivey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Fine Arts from the University of California, Berkeley between 1990 and 1992.
