Liz Chen

Liz Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Liz is currently the Head of People Operations at Neuron Mobility, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Igloo (formerly Axinan) from May 2021 to January 2022. At Igloo, they focused on providing insurance solutions and promoting risk-taking while ensuring coverage for individuals.

Before their role at Igloo, Liz served as an HR Manager at LingoAce, a Mandarin e-learning platform, from August 2020 to April 2021. During this time, they spearheaded the expansion of operations in new markets in Southeast Asia.

Liz's extensive tenure at Grab, from February 2015 to August 2020, allowed their to take on multiple roles. Liz started as a People Strategy Project Manager and engaged in onboarding and optimization projects. Liz then transitioned to becoming a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner, where they led campus engagement and various talent acquisition programs. Finally, they became a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, responsible for recruiting processes and tools.

Earlier in their career, Liz worked as a Consultant - Compliance at PeopleSearch from August 2014 to February 2015. Liz also served as a Relationship Manager at First Asia Alliance from June 2012 to November 2013. Additionally, they co-founded Elitez Pte Ltd and worked as a Co-founder from September 2009 to November 2011. Liz began their career in sales at Asayo Group Pte Ltd from May 2002 to May 2008 and worked in operations at Leongold Trading Co Pte Ltd from June 2008 to June 2009.

Liz Chen obtained their IHRP Certified Professional certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals in 2017.
