Debbie Stasolla

Debbie Stasolla is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Secretary to the Board at Rider University. Debbie has over 20 years of experience working in higher education, including 17 years at Rider University. In their previous role as Senior Associate Vice President for Planning, Debbie coordinated institution-wide strategic planning and implementation, Middle States accreditation and emergency response. Debbie also oversaw Public Safety and the President’s Office. Debbie has also served as a liaison to the Board of Trustees and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. In addition to their administrative roles, Debbie has also taught freshman seminars in the Business Honors program and is a member of the Mazzotti Women’s Leadership Committee.

Debbie Stasolla has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rider University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University. Debbie also has a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Adelphi University.

Debbie Stasolla reports to Gregory G. Dell’Omo, President. They are on a team with Leanna Fenneberg - VP, Student Affairs, Donnajean A. Fredeen - Provost & VP, Academic Affairs, and Robert Stoto - VP, Human Resources & Affirmative Action, ADA & 504C Coordinator & Affirmative Action Officer.
