Laura Seplaki

Laura Seplaki, BCC, currently serves as Training Manager at Learning In Action since December 2022, overseeing all aspects of the training process and contributing to marketing, operations, and retention efforts. Additionally, Laura has been an Adjunct Professor at Rider University since September 2003, instructing a leadership course. Previous roles include Associate Director of the Center for the Development of Leadership Skills and Assistant Dean of Students. Laura also coached for the Collegiate Leadership Competition from January 2017 to June 2022 and held the position of Residence Director at SUNY Potsdam, where management of resident assistants and student well-being was prioritized. Earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Associate and Resident Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Education includes a Master of Arts in Counseling from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
