Morteza Mashayekhi

Morteza Mashayekhi is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at Rider University since August 2019, where responsibilities include teaching courses in Business Analytics, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence for Business, and Project Management. Morteza also held several leadership roles at Ryerson University from September 2011 to August 2019, including Director of the MSIS Program and Director of the Business Administration Major Program, while instructing courses such as Business Intelligence and Advanced Marketing Management. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Data Analyst, developing predictive models and clinical performance systems, as well as a New Product Development Manager at SAIPA-AIRIC and Systems and Methods Manager at Iran Khodro Diesel, focusing on quality management systems and new product development. Morteza obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from McMaster University, alongside a Master's in Management of Technology and Innovation and an MBA, ultimately beginning with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Tehran University.
