Matthew Koontz

Matthew Koontz is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry. Currently employed at Ridewell Corp. since March 2011, Matthew specializes in designing custom suspensions utilizing FEA analysis. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a manufacturing engineer at Paul Mueller Company from January 2007 to March 2011, focusing on the design and routing of custom tank components. Additionally, Matthew served as a production lead at Alliance Industries in Springfield, MO, from January 2002 to January 2007, where responsibilities included scheduling and supervising daily production activities. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed between 2007 and 2010, and previously pursued pre-engineering at Missouri State University from 2005 to 2007.
