Guy Colman

Guy Colman is a Building Surveyor and UAV Pilot at Ridge and Partners LLP since July 2021, with prior experience as an Assistant Building Surveyor at Baily Garner LLP and a Graduate Building Surveyor at AECOM. Colman's career began with various work placements, including roles at CELADOR CONSULTING LTD, WrightPSM, Simon Levy Associates, SFP Property, and The Hopps Partnership, where responsibilities ranged from preparing monitoring documents, conducting property surveys, and negotiating rents, to preparing Schedules of Condition for dilapidations. Colman holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, completed in 2019, and also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at McGill University in 2015, focusing on entrepreneurial projects.
