Kevin Hartshorn

Kevin Hartshorn is a seasoned property consultant with extensive experience in asset management and strategic consultancy. Currently a Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP since April 2024, Kevin has held significant roles including Interim Head of Asset at Croydon Council and Head of Asset Management at Enfield Council. Previously, Kevin served as Head of Assets at VIVID and Assistant Director of Asset Management at Sentinel Housing Association, where responsibilities included overseeing a major repairs and maintenance operation. Kevin's foundational experience includes roles at Sovereign Housing, including Operations Manager and Commercial Manager, which involved managing substantial property service operations. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Southampton, obtained in 1998.
